Product Integration and Support (Junior & Senior) 303 views

Your activities will comprise:

  • take end-to-end ownership of customer requirements, requests and issues and come up with solutions as expediently as possible for our customers

  • collect information of different stakeholders and analyze it in a highly efficient manner

  • provide well-thought out and reliable direction, both in technical and non-technical terms, to help customers integrate, deploy and maintain the solutions

  • drive and execute installation/setup/integration/go-live of software and hardware components and support customer test cycles

  • debug/Analyze/Fix production issues

  • partner with the delivery management to ensure new product versions arrive on-time at customer side

  • provide feedback to our internal organization to improve our products and their management and maintenance in the customer environment

  • deliver against customer expectations and efficiency targets

Expected skills:

  • web App development experience on the Java / Spring / HTML 5 technology stack

  • experience in system integration and interface/interoperability handling (SOAP, REST etc.)

  • strong focus on IT-Security and relevant related skills (e.g. PKI, Certificates, Ciphers, Keystores, Identity Access Management, Web Application Firewall, HSM, OWASP)

  • ability to learn new technologies & tools quickly if needed

  • willingness to travel and a customer first mindset

You will for sure work on:

Java SE, Spring, Hibernate, HTML 5, CSS, JSF.

Very welcomed optional skills:

Eclipse, Gradle, GIT, Jira, JUnit, Selenium

Languages:

English is our corporate language (all documentation and part of internal team communication are in English), French and German (very welcomed)
