Your activities will comprise:

drive resolution of technical escalations, including identification of root cause and issue resolution

collect information and document bugs for product issues that are impacting customers

provide interface between Customer Support and Product / Engineering teams
-
meet or exceed the expectations of our customers on response quality, timeliness of responses and overall customer experience

provide well-thought out and reliable direction, both in technical and non-technical terms, to help customers integrate, deploy and maintain the solutions
-
provide feedback internally so that common or emerging issues can be addressed before they become serious or widespread
-
deliver against customer expectations and efficiency targets
Expected skills:
-
experience in a wide range of tools and technologies used by our customers like Oracle DB, SQL, PL/SQL, Linux, Shell scripting, Reverse / SOCKs Proxies, HTTP(s)

knowledge of the Java / Spring / HTML 5 technology stack including debugging skills
-
strong focus on IT-Security and relevant related skills (e.g. PKI, Certificates, Ciphers, Keystores, Identity Access Management, Web Application Firewall, HSM, OWASP)

passion to work with our tooling pipeline (GIT, gradle, Jenkins, Sonar, JIRA etc.)
