Tier III Support – IT Engineer (Junior & Senior) 231 views

Your activities will comprise:

  • drive resolution of technical escalations, including identification of root cause and issue resolution

  • collect information and document bugs for product issues that are impacting customers

  • provide interface between Customer Support and Product / Engineering teams

  • meet or exceed the expectations of our customers on response quality, timeliness of responses and overall customer experience

  • provide well-thought out and reliable direction, both in technical and non-technical terms, to help customers integrate, deploy and maintain the solutions

  • provide feedback internally so that common or emerging issues can be addressed before they become serious or widespread

  • deliver against customer expectations and efficiency targets

Expected skills:

  • experience in a wide range of tools and technologies used by our customers like Oracle DB, SQL, PL/SQL, Linux, Shell scripting, Reverse / SOCKs Proxies, HTTP(s)

  • knowledge of the Java / Spring / HTML 5 technology stack including debugging skills

  • strong focus on IT-Security and relevant related skills (e.g. PKI, Certificates, Ciphers, Keystores, Identity Access Management, Web Application Firewall, HSM, OWASP)

  • passion to work with our tooling pipeline (GIT, gradle, Jenkins, Sonar, JIRA etc.)
